Every fragile order goes out double boxed with a layer of recycled paper between the two. It costs us a little more and it means almost nothing arrives broken.

Care guide for leather goods
Leather lasts for years if you look after it. Keep it away from direct heat, wipe it with a dry cloth after rain, and give it a light conditioner every few months. Never dry a wet bag on a radiator. Stuff it with paper and let it take its time.
